What you’ll do

  • Run ADA Enable trainings and pilots right next to the founders. Nobody stands three levels above you taking the credit.
  • Sit inside a client’s actual workday and find the hours that AI quietly gives back.
  • Turn that into an offer they sign, then make it run. There is no 200-slide detour.
  • Own real client relationships early. We either trust you or we don’t hire you.

What you bring

  • A finished bachelor. That is genuinely the whole bar. You do not need years in consulting.
  • You can talk to a Mittelstand boss without sounding like a walking buzzword.
  • You speak German and English well enough to be trusted in the room.
  • You would rather ship something small this week than polish a perfect deck for a month.

  • Write page one of our stack. There is no legacy to babysit.

What you bring

  • You build things. Bachelor, bootcamp or fully self-taught, we honestly do not care where you learned it.
  • You vibe code with AI and you are fast. You also know exactly when the machine is confidently wrong.
  • Python or TypeScript, and at least one thing you have actually shipped to real users.
  • You have played with LLM APIs, RAG and agents well past the tutorial stage.
